QuestJobs pulled its live portal data on August 24, 2026. Filtering to jobs tagged under the Atlantic Immigration Program returned roughly 900 open postings across close to 125 named employers, spread across all four Atlantic provinces. Here's a snapshot of who's posting the most roles, and what kind of work they're hiring for.
Nova Scotia
Nova Scotia is carrying the bulk of the current volume.
Lawtons Drugs — close to 40 open pharmacy roles (pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants, pharmacy managers), concentrated in Dartmouth and Halifax, all posted within the last week.
Ultra Maritime — a defence-technology manufacturer in Dartmouth hiring across electrical engineering, software development, and manufacturing engineering, a useful reminder that this pathway isn't only retail and care work.
Irving Shipbuilding — close to 20 postings in procurement, estimating, and engineering-in-training roles.
Biovectra — biotech manufacturing in Windsor.
Nova Scotia Power — electricians and technicians.

Prince Edward Island
